Daniel Roberts

Principal

Daniel is committed to providing a synergistic approach for the advancement of sustainable design at both the buildings and community.

He has a strong understanding of the integrated design process and believes this holistic process is ideal in aiding a project team to fulfill their sustainability goals.

Daniel has a proven track record as a strong resource for implementing sustainable design practices and has extensive project experience utilizing the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System at every level.

Daniel has consulted on dozens of LEED for New Construction (LEED-NC), LEED for Existing Buildings (LEED-EB) and LEED for Commercial Interiors (LEED-CI) projects including the BC Oil & Gas Commission’s Victoria Office LEED Platinum Certified and Farmer Construction Head Office, Victoria, LEED Platinum Certified. In addition, Daniel has served as the Sustainability/LEED coordinator for multiple phases of Dockside Green, a 4.6 hectare mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia and for the 2010 Athletes Village (renamed The Village at False Creek), a 7 hectare mixed use development in South East False Creek, Vancouver, British Columbia.

In his spare time, you will find Dan out hiking in the woods with his family and cross country skiing the trails on Cypress Mountain.
