Roddan Lodge

Located at 124 Dunlevy Avenue, Roddan Lodge provides 213 units of affordable housing with an average size of 330 square feet. Each unit has a three-piece bathroom. The previous building in the same location had 140 units with an average size of 176 square feet with common showers.

The Evelyne Saller Centre has been relocated to this building. The centre provides a variety of services to low-income and at-risk adults living in the Downtown Eastside and includes a low-cost cafeteria, free showers, and laundry service. The Centre hosts a variety of recreational programs both within and outside.
