One Burrard Place
Designed to create a dramatic entrance to Vancouver’s downtown area as people crest the Burrard Bridge heading north into the city, the One Burrard Place development saw the creation of a significant landmark on the Burrard Street corridor.
At 550 feet tall, with 54-storeys, this upscale development includes 444 dwelling units and three office floors. Part of a three-building complex, this high-rise is connected to an office building and a second residential tower through its amenity podium and unified landscape. As well as a full floor of amenities, including private dining facilities, wine cellar and tasting bar; a clubhouse for children; study and music room for students; a pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room along with change facilities; and a gym with weight room, yoga space and spa/wellness centre. The spacious outdoor common area includes a fire pit and lounge, as well as private garden plots on roof decks.
