Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a 5 storey building located on the Cambie corridor providing a desired location for easy transit travel. With 41 residential units in a variety of sizes, the project has attained LEED for Homes Mid-Rise Gold Certification. The project is designed for sustainable urban living with focus on reducing energy and water use, material impact reduction and good indoor air quality. With an eye to the future, systems are compatible with alternate energy sources and the roof will be solar ready.
