Building Energy Simulation
Kane Consulting utilizes building energy simulation to support the design and operation of high performing buildings. Our Energy Services Manager is an approved third-party energy model reviewer for the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC), as well as an approved energy modeller for the BC Hydro Power Smart New Construction program. These attributes allow us to help project teams qualify for incentives for energy modelling fees and energy conservation measures as well as reduce costs for LEED energy modelling by eliminating the need for a third party review.
