We are seeking a part-time Proposal & Marketing Coordinator, (20 – 25 hours/week) to join our team.
Primary Responsibility – Proposals and Word Processing
Coordinate proposal preparation and submission;
Writing, reviewing, and editing proposal contents;
Organize, schedule, and track proposals/due dates;
Centralize and standardize RFP content;
Format company documents and maintain formatting templates;
Track proposals – submissions, successes;
Ensure proposal quality and compliance;
Prepare cover letters, executive summaries, resumes, project highlight sheets, and other supporting information
Review job databases (e.g., BC Bid)
Secondary Responsibility – Marketing
Ensure consistent corporate information and materials
Support business development and strategic initiatives (presentations and marketing materials)
Social Media: Linked-In, Website updates.
Work closely with Partners/Senior Management
Three to five years’ experience in proposal preparation
Undergraduate degree/diploma in Marketing/communications or business-related field
Excellent writing and communication skills
Expert in MS Office Suite and Word Press (exceptional Word and Excel skills).
Experience with Function Point project management software (or similar).
Enjoys being part of a team and recognizes the importance of each member of the team.
Ability to work under demanding deadlines and work schedules.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with minimal supervision
Enjoys the details, getting things right, staying organized and seeing jobs through to completion.
